Request Access

Request to join our client list.

We do not offer packages to the public. Instead, availability is shared privately with the clients on our list. Share a few details — and who introduced you, if anyone — and a senior producer will respond personally. Every request is treated in strict confidence.

Confidential by default

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We are happy to operate under NDA from the first conversation.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do you sell packages?

Not publicly. We keep a private client list, and those on it are made aware of our availability directly as each season and event approaches. New clients are added by request or by referral — if someone introduced you, please let us know who.

Which events can you provide access to?

We specialize in awards season (including the Oscars and the Emmys), the Olympic Games, premieres, music events and private galas. If an event is on your list, ask us — our network extends well beyond what we publish.

Do you work with corporate and network clients?

Yes. We have produced and hosted for broadcast networks, record labels and hospitality brands, and we regularly manage executive and client-entertainment programs.

How far in advance should we begin?

For awards season and the Olympic Games, we recommend starting as early as possible — ideally six to twelve months ahead. Shorter timelines are often possible; contact us and we will advise honestly.

How do you handle privacy?

Discretion is the foundation of our work. Client details, guest lists and itineraries remain strictly confidential, and we are happy to operate under NDA.
